I have one corset but mayby not so good quality. I searching for a new one, I love the underbust corset. I live in Europe and wonder if anyone has any ideas. I don´t want my first one to be to expensive. I´ve looked around and the one I feel in love with is a corset from Dark Garden, the pointed victorian. So lovlely but a bit to expensive for a first corset.

They aren't perhaps as curvey as some, but if you can get a gently worn one off ebay, you can try it and see if you like it--and they are super high quality. I own four of them. If you are doing waist training, you def. want an underbust corset.

Fri, April 4, 2008 - 10:33 AMThe problem with trying to buy "off the rack" is that they don't usually fit properly in terms of waist length (i.e., short- or long-waisted). I would recommend one of Dark Garden's waist cinchers as a starter; they're a little more forgiving. I have two of them, as well as a custom Sweetheart long-line.

Tue, April 15, 2008 - 3:41 PMI've been modeling Dark Gardens' corset at the Dickens Christmas Fair for about seven years. I'm wearing one in my icon I've been making my corsets for about seven years because I couldn't afford the Dark Gardens corset I wanted. Well after seven years I'm having the Dark Gardens corset of my dreams made.
It might not be my first corset but it will be my favorite. The quality is great and the fit of the off the rack corsets are great, so i can imagine what a custom made will feel like.
So if you can't afford one now don't give up.

My problem right now is that I´m a student and I don´t have that kind of money right now, but I don´t want to wait to long for my first corset. So Dark garden will be a dream and a goul bur right now it´s out of my leauge.
